About the tour

Arrive for an early-evening check-in at our meeting point near the Colosseum where you will meet your tour leader. We meet on a hill overlooking the Colosseum, which offers a perfect terrace from which to photograph the monument. From here, you will set off to recreate photos of the most instagrammed and photographed spots in Rome. 

Work your way off-the-beaten path to the Monti district, where you will find plenty of photogenic Fiat 500’s, vintage scooters, ivy-covered balconies and streetlights and alleyways to photograph.

Just beyond Monti, head up to a terrace overlooking the city center and the cupola of St. Peter’s for an iconic scenic shot of the city. From there, descend into the heart of the city center where you can suss out the perfect angle from which to photograph the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and Piazza Navona. Along the way, learn some fun facts about these monuments from your tour leader, and compare snaps with the rest of your group. You will then be free to post your impeccable photos on Instagram and other social networks, to share with friends and family.

Your group will take advantage of the softer end-of-day light to get the best snaps possible. Learn tips on how to make the most of your smartphone photos and hashtags with useful tips from your tour leader.

The tour concludes in the area Campo de’ Fiori, which is the perfect lively spot from which to continue your exploration of Rome into the evening, or to enjoy a local dinner.
