A day in paradise! (Ponza Boat Tour)

This trip was the perfect way to end our visit to Rome! We found this tour on Trip Advisor and after seeing some of the reviews and photos, we felt compelled to do it. Best decision we'd ever made. The whole tour was just perfect! It was well organised, by Kimberly, a very friendly and helpful member of the EcoArt team - who took care of everything! Breakfast was a bit small, so we would recommend taking some snacks and plenty of water. However, lunch on board is provided and is a delicious homemade Italian pasta. Ponza Island is beautiful! The boat stops off in three locations and the sea literally invites you to jump in! You are in the sun all day, so remember lots of suncream! Also, a selfiestick really does come in handy for all you selfie takers! The early morning and lengthy travelling is definitely worth it. We wish we could go back to this paradise! Must-do day trip from Rome

What an amazing experience. After days of walking in the hot and humid city, this was the perfect escape to a day of relaxation, beauty, and a different vacation experience. A friendly staff instantly had us feeling excited, informed on Italian culture and city sites for after our tour, and had everything taken care of for a great day. The bus ride, followed by a ferry to ponza, was quite long... But it was 100 percent worth it. As we stepped off the ferry we were instantly surrounded by the beautiful city, and the gorgeous water of ponza. Our local guide at ponza took us on an unforgettable cruise with some of the best swimming spots we've experience in our travel, and gave us the island history to go along with it. Lunch was great, the sites were mesmerizing, and the swimming was amazing. Make sure to ask to go to the grotto you can swim through. Kimberly requested this stop for us..... Great call. Overall this trip is 100% worth booking... We're so glad we did!!

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I decided to take a last minute trip to Europe but trying to decide where to go was a challenge. I wanted to go to the beach but my husband wanted to see ruins. After a quick internet search we found the Ponza day trip and decided we could do both! On our first day in Rome we went to find the EcoArt office to book our trip. Locating the office was a bit tricky because the office doesn't actually say EcoArt outside. It's a segway touring company but they're super friendly. We scheduled our trip for our 2nd to last day in Rome. Before our trip we got an email from Kim detailing everything we needed to bring with us - towels, sunscreen, etc. She also offered us the option of purchasing snorkel masks for a small fee. I highly recommend them. The sets we got from Kim where really nice and we ended up bringing them back to the US. On the day of our trip we got to the EcoArt office bright and early. Amazing Trip to Ponza - Highly Recommended

I knew this trip was going to be great before we even left the states. Before booking I reached out to EcoArt and was put in touch with Kimberly. She answered all of my questions, helped me with booking, answered more questions after booking and was always professional, kind and excited to share this adventure with my family. Upon arrival Kim and Eric were very upbeat, even though it was very early in the morning. BTW there is a cafe a couple of doors down in case you are exhausted like I was. The day was planned perfectly. Transport arrive on time, we had time for breakfast prior to taking the boat to the island where we then boarded our smaller boat that took us for a beautifully relaxing day of sunning and swimming. Everything was truly amazing and I highly recommend this tour. Kim and Eric thanks again for your charisma, you made our day!

Amazing Experience

When I found ecoart's day trip to Ponza I was actually really looking for a trip to Capri as I had never heard of Ponza Island before. I did a little research and realized Ponza was a lot closer than Capri and that we'd have more time to relax on the island while with the capri trip we would have spent almost all of the time on a bus. Plus I really wanted to tan/go swimming and maybe snorkeling and Ponza was the only day trip that offered this opportunity. Kimberly took us around as was the perfect guide, gave just enough info without overwhelming us and took care of all of the logistics throughout the day so all we had to do was relax. Ponza is incredibly beautiful and while before I was upset about missing out on the blue grotto in capri Kimberly had promised that we'd get to actually swim in a similar blue grotto in Ponza. She delivered on that promise! The last swim stop on the boat tour was at an incredible grotto and we were able to swim inside - the water was glowing from undern
