Starting Point

Plan on arriving to our meeting point at least 15 minutes in advance of your selected departure time. Meet our representative on the steps in front of Via Tunisi, 4. The steps are located at the corner with Via Sebastiano Veniero. Your Ticket Host will be holding a flag with the green EcoArt logo.

Itineraries vary from day to day and at the discretion of your guide who will adapt your route - feel free to ask!

This itinerary covers the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel. Other stops include but are not limited to: Pinecone Courtyard, Belvedere Courtyard, Room of the Muses, the Round Room, Candelabra Gallery, Gallery of the Tapestries and the Gallery of the Maps.

When available, Skip the Line Access to St. Peter's Basilica will be automatically provided at no extra cost. No guided tour will be provided. Please note that the Basilica is a separate venue to the Vatican Museums, is free to enter and does not require a ticket. It is not possible to always guarantee access to the Basilica, which may close with little or no notice.

Additional information
  • Comfortable shoes are recommended.
  • Leave big backpacks at your hotel! Only small purses are permitted inside the Museums.
  • Something to cover your knees and shoulders.
  • Photos are allowed in almost all rooms of the Vatican Museums, except for the Sistine Chapel. Please note that bulky or clearly professional photographic or video equipment, such as tripods, large video equipments, and equipment backpacks, will not be permitted inside the Museums.

  • Guests must be able to climb and descend stairs on their own.
  • Gratuity is not included and is left to individual discretion.

  • It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes.
  • Large bags and backpacks must be checked in.

Tour goes forward rain or shine! Your Vatican Tour may be cancelled for a full refund or may be switched to a different date/time as long as your request is received no later than 72 hours before your original departure time and date. Was a little worried because we really did not know where to meet our guide was not explained well

Monica from Eco Art was Excellent she was very knowledgeable and very nice to us and if we had questions was there with an answer And we could tell she enjoyed her job We were all glad we had her as a few of us had a tour a few years ago and we all enjoyed her

An outstanding privately guided tour

My wife and I signed up for the Vatican skip the line tour and we were met by Alberto a very kind knowledgeable and interesting guide We very much enjoyed the experience and tour Alberto is very knowledgeable and explained all the sites we visited in great detail I have an undergraduate degree in Classical Studies Greek and Roman history so this tour was a bucket list item for me and it did not disappoint We also took the Colesseum Palatine and Forum tour with Paola also with your tour group and we were equally amazed and satisfied with our guide You have provided us with two very memorable tours and we are extremely pleased with them We will DEFINITELY use your company again next time we travel and are looking for guided tours Thank you so much
