Starting Point

Plan on arriving to our meeting point at least 15 minutes in advance of your selected departure time. Meet our representative on the steps in front of Via Tunisi, 4. The steps are located at the corner with Via Sebastiano Veniero. Your Ticket Host will be holding a flag with the green EcoArt logo.


Ending Point

Vatican Museums or St. Peter's Basilica (depending on option selected)

Itineraries vary from day to day and at the discretion of your guide who will adapt your route.

This itinerary covers the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel. Other stops include but are not limited to: Pinecone Courtyard, Belvedere Courtyard, Room of the Muses, the Round Room, Greek Cross Room, Candelabra Gallery, Gallery of the Tapestries,Gallery of the Maps and the Raphael Rooms.

Choose an option that includes Skip the Line Access to St. Peter's Basilica to enjoy a direct route from the Vatican Museums. No guided tour will be provided. Please note that the Basilica is a separate venue to the Vatican Museums.


Additional information
  • Comfortable shoes are recommended.
  • Leave big backpacks at your hotel! Only small purses are permitted inside the Museums.
  • Something to cover your knees and shoulders.
  • Photos are permitted is almost all rooms of the Vatican Museums, except for the Sistine Chapel. No bulky or clearly professional photographic or video equipment (especially tripods or large videocameras, equipment backpacks) will be permitted inside the Museums.

  • We are unfortunately unable to accomodate guests with wheelchairs.
  • Guests must be able to climb and descend stairs on their own.

  • It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes.
  • Large bags and backpacks must be checked in.
  • To enter the Vatican Museums, shoulders and knees must be covered.

  • Guests must be able to climb and descend stairs on their own.

    • Tour goes forward rain or shine! Your Vatican Tour may be cancelled for a full refund or may be switched to a different date/time as long as your request is received no later than 24 hours before your original departure time and date.     Fantastic

    Monica was not only a joy as a host she made everything entertaining she has a fantastic and upbeat personality and knows the history well and precisely how to get around the Vatican museums and Sistine chapel She took such great care of our small group and made it fun and entertaining Monica and her team also were amazing in helping me get a wheelchair due to a twisted ankle so I could still make the tour If we return to Rome we will definitely book all of our tours with Monica and team at EcoArt

    Maria Laura led Vatican Museums tour her expertise passion and engaging storytelling made the experience truly memorable There was a minor hiccup at the beginning with entry tickets but the support team resolved it swiftly and professionally We moved at a comfortable pace covering all the highlights including the Sistine Chapel and Raphael Rooms with thoughtful insights and time for questions Maria Laura was attentive kind and made everyone feel included Highly recommend this tour Maria Laura is a fantastic guide knowledgeable personable and a pleasure to spend the morning with

    Amazing

    This was an amazing experience When I arrived almost a bit late but I was close to on time the crew was still there Maria was my guide and she was very friendly and helpful at first with greeting and taking care of the crew she was in charge of There were 8 of us from all nationalities She spoke English which is my language and she did that very well Once we got into the tour and inside the building it was almost like she built it herself as no questions were unanswered She knew the tour and the building I give her an A for that Highly recommend this trip and I hope you get her for your guide
