Highly recommend this tour We did the early tour at 8am before the lines were long and it got too crowded Martina was a very informative and friendly guide

Plan on arriving to our meeting point at least 15 minutes in advance of your selected departure time. Meet our representative on the steps in front of Via Tunisi, 4. The steps are located at the corner with Via Sebastiano Veniero. Your Ticket Host will be holding a flag with the green EcoArt logo.

This itinerary covers the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, including but not limited to: Pinecone Courtyard, Belvedere Courtyard, Room of the Muses, the Round Room, Greek Cross Room, Candelabra Gallery, Gallery of the Tapestries, Gallery of the Maps and the Raphael Rooms.

What to bring with you

Comfortable shoes are recommended.
Leave big backpacks at your hotel! Only small purses are permitted inside the Museums.
Something to cover your knees and shoulders.
Photos are allowed in almost all rooms of the Vatican Museums, except for the Sistine Chapel. Please note that bulky or clearly professional photographic or video equipment, such as tripods, large video equipments, and equipment backpacks, will not be permitted inside the Museums.

Guests must be able to climb and descend stairs on their own.

To enter the Vatican Museums, shoulders and knees must be covered.
We are unfortunately unable to accomodate guests with wheelchairs.
Guests must be able to climb and descend stairs on their own.
Guests with a certified disability of over 75% are entitled to free entrance to the Vatican and do not require a ticket. For guests who are not self-sufficient, free entry is extended to a companion.

Cancellation Policy

Tour goes forward rain or shine! Your Vatican Tour may be cancelled for a full refund or may be switched to a different date/time as long as your request is received no later than 24 hours before your original departure time and date. Multiple changes are permitted. To request a cancellation or change of time/date, send an e-mail to info@ecoarttravel.com.

Very knowledgeable guide fastpaced whistle stop tour of the Vatican galleries

Aiko was an excellent guide full of knowledge and interesting information The advantage of the tour is skipping the line and being escorted around However if you are interested in spending a bit more time in the galleries this will feel rushed We sled past Chagalls and other masterpieces that made me wish for more time

Good tour with skip the lines

The Vatican with the Sistine Chapel was amazing The only problem was that we were promised entry to St Peters Basilica but we did not get that Our tour guide just left us in the middle pointing towards the entry where we were engulfed in a sea of people without any idea where to go And the basilica entry was closed at that time but we were not informed so had no option but to leave without seeing it

Vatican Small Basilica

Maria Laura was our guide for this tour She was phenomenal passionate about history and educating us This was my second time and I learned so very much she made it fun and interesting This is a tour you dont want to miss and hopefully you will get Maria Laura as your guide I wish she could have traveled with us everywhere
