Starting Point

Plan on arriving to our meeting point at least 15 minutes in advance of your selected departure time. Meet our representative on the steps in front of Via Tunisi, 4. The steps are located at the corner with Via Sebastiano Veniero. Your Ticket Host will be holding a flag with the green EcoArt logo.

Vatican Museums 

Itineraries vary from day to day and at the discretion of your guide who will adapt your route.

This itinerary covers the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, including but not limited to: Pinecone Courtyard, Belvedere Courtyard, Room of the Muses, the Round Room, Greek Cross Room, Candelabra Gallery, Gallery of the Tapestries, Gallery of the Maps and the Raphael Rooms.



Additional information
  • Comfortable shoes are recommended.
  • Leave big backpacks at your hotel! Only small purses are permitted inside the Museums.
  • Something to cover your knees and shoulders.
  • Photos are allowed in almost all rooms of the Vatican Museums, except for the Sistine Chapel. Please note that bulky or clearly professional photographic or video equipment, such as tripods, large video equipments, and equipment backpacks, will not be permitted inside the Museums.


Daily except Sunday

  • We are unfortunately unable to accomodate guests with wheelchairs.
  • Guests must be able to climb and descend stairs on their own.
  • *THIS VOUCHER IS NOT A TICKET* You must redeem this voucher at the meeting time and location designed on this voucher, with one of our designed Ticket Coordinators.
  • It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes.
  • Large bags and backpacks must be checked in.
  • To enter the Vatican Museums, shoulders and knees must be covered.
  • We are unfortunately unable to accomodate guests with wheelchairs.
  • Guests must be able to climb and descend stairs on their own.
  • Guests with a certified disability of over 75% are entitled to free entrance to the Vatican and do not require a ticket. For guests who are not self-sufficient, free entry is extended to a companion.

Tour goes forward rain or shine! Your Vatican Tour may be cancelled for a full refund or may be switched to a different date/time as long as your request is received no later than 24 hours before your original departure time and date. Multiple changes are permitted. To request a cancellation or change of time/date, send an e-mail to info@ecoarttravel.com.

Inpressive tour with a very good guide in this madhouse

Inpressive tour with a small group Our guide Federico was very helpful and explained a lot For two small children in our group he chose subjects that matched their age in e very good way Take into account the enormous crowds in the museum But dont worry Federico will ensure that you will still be fascinated by the overwhelming amount of art in this madhouse

Excellent tour of the Vatican

Yamuna Gave an excellent tour of the Vatican She was extremely knowledgeable and clear The headphones used for the tour were also better than other tours we used so we had zero problems hearing the details of our visit

Great tour

This was a great tour Our guide Martina was informative and entertaining She also guided us to the Basilica entrance without having to go through the long lines Highly recommend

Loreley Is great guide for the Vatican

Loreley our guide did an excellent job getting us through the mass amount to see in 2 hours Although it isnt inexpensive we would highly recommend paying for skip the line tour

Decent Overview of the Vatican

Good overview of the Vatican Cant say it was the best tour but we were satisfied we got to see the most important things Our guide was good She explained some of the history of the most important works in the museums Although not the fault of the tour or the tour company the most upsetting thing was the disrespect guests had for the Sistine Chapel It was unbelievably noisy and people were constantly being called out not to take photos EVERYONE IS TOLD HOW TO BEHAVE but many people just dont care and it was very upsetting
