In groups of 20 people or less, our insider guides will lead you straight to the most important areas of the Vatican Museums. This classic itinerary of the must-see sights includes stops in the Pinecone Courtyard, Belvedere Courtyard, Room of the Muses, Round Room, Greek Cross Room, Candelabra Gallery, Gallery of the Tapestries, and the Gallery of the Maps and the Raphael Rooms.

This tour culminates inside the museums at the Sistine Chapel. Rules are rules, and your guide will be unable to speak while you are inside. However, your insider guide will prepare you for your visit to this word wonder beforehand.

Our group had an incredible experience on the Skip the Line Vatican Museums Sistine Chapel Tour St Peters and a huge part of that was our guide Niccolò He was extremely knowledgeable engaging and clearly passionate about the history art and architecture of the Vatican His detailed explanations brought everything to life and kept our group interested from beginning to end Skipping the long lines was a major advantage and allowed us to make the most of our time exploring these incredible sites If youre looking for a wellorganized informative tour I highly recommend this experience Hopefully youll be lucky enough to have Niccolò as your guide he made the tour unforgettable

Plan on arriving to our meeting point at least 15 minutes in advance of your selected departure time. Meet our representative on the steps in front of Via Tunisi, 4. The steps are located at the corner with Via Sebastiano Veniero. Your Ticket Host will be holding a flag with the green EcoArt logo.

What to bring with you

Comfortable shoes are recommended.
Leave big backpacks at your hotel! Only small purses are permitted inside the Museums.
Something to cover your knees and shoulders.
Photos are permitted is almost all rooms of the Vatican Museums, except for the Sistine Chapel. No bulky or clearly professional photographic or video equipment (especially tripods or large videocameras, equipment backpacks) will be permitted inside the Museums.

Guests must be able to climb and descend stairs on their own.

It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes.
Large bags and backpacks must be checked in.
To enter the Vatican Museums, shoulders and knees must be covered.
We are unfortunately unable to accomodate guests with wheelchairs.
Guests must be able to climb and descend stairs on their own.
Guests with a certified disability of over 75% are entitled to free entrance to the Vatican and do not require a ticket. For guests who are not self-sufficient, free entry is extended to a companion.

Cancellation Policy

Tour goes forward rain or shine! Your Vatican Tour may be cancelled for a full refund or may be switched to a different date/time as long as your request is received no later than 24 hours before your original departure time and date. Multiple changes are permitted. To request a cancellation or change of time/date, send an e-mail to info@ecoarttravel.com.

Great tourShame about the other 17000 people

Adriano is a really nice guy He was very informative However i do think he needs to slow down a little as it was difficult to understand him at times I also found the Vatican extremely busy and as with all guides you can hear the crowds on the guides microphone This is not the fault of the guide but maybe the fault of the Vatican who allow between 17000 and 20000 people a day through the city However taking all that into consideration the Sistine Chapel is just unbelievableThanks

Mustsee place to visit

I understand the challenges of moving a group around in a crowded area however our tour guide did an excellent job keeping us together adjusting wherever possible to allow us to take in the beauty of the place This will be on my list of place to go back to when Im in Rome again

This was a wellorganised experience with a passionate and knowledgeable Guide Macello who kept us engaged throughout The Vatican can feel overwhelming there is so much to see and it was very busy Being with a Guide meant we navigated this stressfree with all the fascinating context and information about what we were looking at Would absolutely recommend
