In groups of 20 people or less, our insider guides will lead you straight to the most important areas of the Vatican Museums. This classic itinerary of the must-see sights includes stops in the Pinecone Courtyard, the Belvedere Courtyard, Room of the Muses, the Round Room, the Candelabra Gallery, Gallery of the Tapestries and Gallery of the Maps.

This tour culminates inside the museums at the Sistine Chapel. Rules are rules, and your guide will be unable to speak while you are inside. However, your insider guide will prepare you for your visit to this word wonder beforehand.

Plan on arriving to our meeting point at least 15 minutes in advance of your selected departure time. Meet our representative on the steps in front of Via Tunisi, 4. The steps are located at the corner with Via Sebastiano Veniero. Your Ticket Host will be holding a flag with the green EcoArt logo.

What to bring with you

Comfortable shoes are recommended.
Leave big backpacks at your hotel! Only small purses are permitted inside the Museums.
Something to cover your knees and shoulders.
Photos are permitted is almost all rooms of the Vatican Museums, except for the Sistine Chapel. No bulky or clearly professional photographic or video equipment (especially tripods or large videocameras, equipment backpacks) will be permitted inside the Museums.

Guests must be able to climb and descend stairs on their own.

It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes.
Large bags and backpacks must be checked in.
To enter the Vatican Museums, shoulders and knees must be covered.
We are unfortunately unable to accomodate guests with wheelchairs.

Guests with a certified disability of over 75% are entitled to free entrance to the Vatican and do not require a ticket. For guests who are not self-sufficient, free entry is extended to a companion.

Cancellation Policy

Tour goes forward rain or shine! Your Vatican Tour may be cancelled for a full refund or may be switched to a different date/time as long as your request is received no later than 24 hours before your original departure time and date. Multiple changes are permitted. To request a cancellation or change of time/date, send an e-mail to info@ecoarttravel.com.

A Near Disaster But Saved In The End

We had a near disaster as we didnt get to the group on time as we were lost our fault however EcoArt contacted us through Whatsapp and sent us our tickets and an audio for us to use However as luck would have it we found Laura and the group quite early on so in the end we had our tour and would not have missed it as Laura is a fund of knowledge on the Art Statues etc If you are doing a trip do this one as she is excellent and knows her stuff She was also very good at side stepping the masses that were there so you dont feel like you have loads of people right on top of you I would like to thank EcoArt for not giving up on us when we didnt make the meet place as we were still able to jump the queues etc with their help Thank you so much and we will definitely be using your tours again

Vatican City tour

Laura was our tour guide Her knowledge was exceptional and her interaction with the group was professional but equally friendly and personal It was obvious she loved being around the art and she never seemed like she was bored with the experience even though she must have been through the process many many times First class experience would highly recommend Remember to ask for Laura she is very passionate about her work From the London contingent
