Great guide and educational Experience Beauty and Reason

First our guide and ease of entry and exit were great Outstanding work by EcoArt in doing their very best and our guide was smart energetic engaged and delightful She was very knowledgeable The only downside this day and year were the crowds in the museum it is a Jubilee year and thus more crowded than usual but some of the rooms were stifling overcrowded Our guide handled it beautifully and made sure we go into the Square so as to gain entry to the Basilica The other negative not enough time I am sure this is always the case with a tour even a long one but the museums are vast and we find ourselves walking briskly past masterpieces when all you want to do is slow down and reflect The tour is almost too much to absorb in even two to three hours But I have been to the Museums before and will go again

Great experience

We had Laura as our guide she made the experience for us her knowledge passion and humour shone through and made the tour very enjoyable would definately recommend We came away having learnt alot and seeing details we otherwise would have missed Oh and skip the line is so worth it

Easy and smooth process

The staff was friendly and professional The meeting location was easy to find and the hosted ticket line to enter the museum moved quickly The staff provided critical information setting us up for success before we departed on our self guided tour I appreciated that the staff did not try to sell or push any other products They were very respectful of our selection
