Amazing in all aspects

I really enjoyed the tour the Vatican museums were great if a bit crowded although I understand there were in fact far fewer people than usual the Sistine chapel was mesmerizing and the St Peters Basilica was in a word breathtaking Ive never seen anything quite like it and it was difficult to take the grandeur of the place all in at once I really enjoyed the fact that the museums host artworks and artifacts from different periods of history which really gives a sense that you are travelling through time I want to give a special shoutout to our tour guide Eddy who made the whole tour even more enjoyable with his fascinating stories about different art piece and the history of the whole place which really made everything come to life I would and will definitely recommend the tour to my friends the next time they visit Rome One issue that I would point out is that the Vatican Museums were very hot even though they were inside and I would like to have had better air conditioning although I would understand if there are logistical issues with this

A wonderful tour of the Vatican with Giuseppe despite the heat

Giuseppe was a calm and efficient guide and his experience showed His timing was great we never felt rushed and we were never bored The smaller size of our group 11 allowed us to weave through the crowds fairly easily You cant possibly take in everything in one tour as its simply overwhelming but Giuseppe hit all the highlights and we didnt get too burned out His English was great he was very knowledgeable and he always added a little bit of humour look for Rocky I will add that the heat on the day of our tour was around 40 and unlike the rest of Rome the Vatican doesnt seem to subscribe to the idea of public water fountains for some reason There was exactly one fountain near the beginning of the tour and one hidden fountain near the Basilica gift shop The tour is around 3 hours so be sure to pack plenty of water Also if you still have energy after walking around the Basilica at the end and youre not claustrophobic I highly recommend paying the small amount for the elevatorstairs to the top of the dome Its a magnificent view The ticket booth for this is on your right as you exit the Basilica Note the elevator does NOT go all the way to the top Thank you Giuseppe

Perfect experience The tour was were well organized and Adriano our guide was very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of information The time we had to admire the Sistine Chapel was more than enough I would highly recommend this tour Vatican line would have Benin unmanageable in the heat Thank you Grazie Adriano
