Starting Point

Plan on arriving to our meeting point at least 15 minutes in advance of your selected departure time. Meet our representative on the steps in front of Via Tunisi, 4. The steps are located at the corner with Via Sebastiano Veniero. Your Ticket Host will be holding a flag with the green EcoArt logo.


Ending Point

Vatican Museums or St. Peter's Basilica (depending on option selected)

Itineraries vary from day to day and at the discretion of your guide who will adapt your route.

This itinerary covers the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel. Other stops include but are not limited to: Pinecone Courtyard, Belvedere Courtyard, Room of the Muses, the Round Room, Greek Cross Room, Candelabra Gallery, Gallery of the Tapestries,Gallery of the Maps and the Raphael Rooms.

Choose an option that includes Skip the Line Access to St. Peter's Basilica to enjoy a direct route from the Vatican Museums. No guided tour will be provided. Please note that the Basilica is a separate venue to the Vatican Museums.


Additional information
  • Comfortable shoes are recommended.
  • Leave big backpacks at your hotel! Only small purses are permitted inside the Museums.
  • Something to cover your knees and shoulders.
  • Photos are permitted is almost all rooms of the Vatican Museums, except for the Sistine Chapel. No bulky or clearly professional photographic or video equipment (especially tripods or large videocameras, equipment backpacks) will be permitted inside the Museums.

  • We are unfortunately unable to accomodate guests with wheelchairs.
  • Guests must be able to climb and descend stairs on their own.

  • It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes.
  • Large bags and backpacks must be checked in.
  • To enter the Vatican Museums, shoulders and knees must be covered.

  • Guests must be able to climb and descend stairs on their own.

    • Tour goes forward rain or shine! Your Vatican Tour may be cancelled for a full refund or may be switched to a different date/time as long as your request is received no later than 24 hours before your original departure time and date.     Amazing experience

    Wonderful way to see this tiny nation Martina was knowledgeable and kind She made the tour incredibly informative and added humor along side interesting facts She knew just when to stop and just how long to give us at each breathtaking view

    Amazing Experience with Laura

    This tour was incredible The artwork that we were able to see was so beautiful and our tour guide Laura was so knowledgeable of the artwork and explained things so eloquently Her guidance on the tour made it that much better I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who is coming to Rome Skipping the line at the end of the tour to see the Basilica was well worth it

    To say that the Vatican Museums are busy is an understatement Its very very busy A guide that literally navigates you through this is almost a must Certainly to get some information Guide Monica looked for quieter spots informed us in detail about what was to come and took us step by step through the Vatican corridors and halls Packed all around with beautiful art A successful visit due to Monicas enthusiasm
