Starting Point

Plan on arriving to our meeting point at least 15 minutes in advance of your selected departure time. Meet our representative on the steps in front of Via Tunisi, 4. The steps are located at the corner with Via Sebastiano Veniero. Your Ticket Host will be holding a flag with the green EcoArt logo.

Vatican Museums 

Itineraries vary from day to day and at the discretion of your guide who will adapt your route.

This itinerary covers the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, including but not limited to: Pinecone Courtyard, Belvedere Courtyard, Room of the Muses, the Round Room, Greek Cross Room, Candelabra Gallery, Gallery of the Tapestries, Gallery of the Maps and the Raphael Rooms.



Additional information
  • Comfortable shoes are recommended.
  • Leave big backpacks at your hotel! Only small purses are permitted inside the Museums.
  • Something to cover your knees and shoulders.
  • Photos are allowed in almost all rooms of the Vatican Museums, except for the Sistine Chapel. Please note that bulky or clearly professional photographic or video equipment, such as tripods, large video equipments, and equipment backpacks, will not be permitted inside the Museums.

  • We are unfortunately unable to accomodate guests with wheelchairs.
  • Guests must be able to climb and descend stairs on their own.
  • *THIS VOUCHER IS NOT A TICKET* You must redeem this voucher at the meeting time and location designed on this voucher, with one of our designed Ticket Coordinators.
  • It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes.
  • Large bags and backpacks must be checked in.
  • To enter the Vatican Museums, shoulders and knees must be covered.
  • We are unfortunately unable to accomodate guests with wheelchairs.
  • Guests must be able to climb and descend stairs on their own.
  • Guests with a certified disability of over 75% are entitled to free entrance to the Vatican and do not require a ticket. For guests who are not self-sufficient, free entry is extended to a companion.

Tour goes forward rain or shine! Your Vatican Tour may be cancelled for a full refund or may be switched to a different date/time as long as your request is received no later than 24 hours before your original departure time and date. Multiple changes are permitted. To request a cancellation or change of time/date, send an e-mail to info@ecoarttravel.com.

Highly recommend skip the line

Assunta was an excellent tour guide She had a welcome knowledge and was very personable We had some slower people in our group but she never lost anybody She was always watching for people Shes very respectful of the Vatican The tour itself was extensive and included a lot We highly recommend this skip the Line tour If you dont skip the line you will be waiting in the line for three hours just to walk in the front door so its worth the extra money to skip the line I would pay to skip the line at any of the room venue The lines are very long and we are the offseason

The tour was amazing Jeannette was incredibly informative and engaging she made the whole experience so enjoyable that the two hours exploring the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel just flew by I couldnt have asked for a better guide Thank you for starting my Rome journey on such a beautiful note

Jannette was sensational!

Jannette was sensational! Very easy to understand & was great at explaining things in a way that was relatable also. Her knowledge was next level & I highly recommend doing this. We are young Aussies & I wouldn’t have felt comfortable doing this on my own.
