This is a not to be missed tour It was an extensive extremely well knowledgeable guide Marcello took us through the history the people and the art and did so very personably It was over 3 hours At the conclusion we were left to enjoy the Sistine Chapel on our own having already been told about what to look for in the images and their symbolism

Crowded day in the Vatican Museum

It was very crowded place and I thought it was impossible to enjoy fully the tour However Nicoletta was very proficient in guiding us throughout the tour knowing where and when we should enter which area She is very knowledgeable and without her explaining we would be lost in understanding it She did a very good job summarizing the history on the needtoknow basis and if you asked more she will further explain Good job Nicoletta and keep up the job job Thanks for making our trip worthwhile

Gaga our tour guide provided clear instructions and information about the museum tour She also carefully curated the significant details about selected sculptures and paintings of certain eras Gaga most notably went out of her way to help my motherinlaw who had difficulty in climbing the stairs during an unexpected detour prior to the entry to the Sistine Chapel
