This was a great tour It exceeded our expectations and more Our guide was so knowledgeable and took time to explain everything in the appropriate detail We highly recommend this tour to everyone that has an interest There were only 8 in our group and much one on one and group interaction

Plan on arriving to our meeting point at least 15 minutes in advance of your selected departure time. Meet our representative on the steps in front of Via Tunisi, 4. The steps are located at the corner with Via Sebastiano Veniero. Your Ticket Host will be holding a flag with the green EcoArt logo.

This itinerary covers the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, including but not limited to: Pinecone Courtyard, Belvedere Courtyard, Room of the Muses, the Round Room, Greek Cross Room, Candelabra Gallery, Gallery of the Tapestries, Gallery of the Maps and the Raphael Rooms.

What to bring with you

Comfortable shoes are recommended.
Leave big backpacks at your hotel! Only small purses are permitted inside the Museums.
Something to cover your knees and shoulders.
Photos are allowed in almost all rooms of the Vatican Museums, except for the Sistine Chapel. Please note that bulky or clearly professional photographic or video equipment, such as tripods, large video equipments, and equipment backpacks, will not be permitted inside the Museums.

Guests must be able to climb and descend stairs on their own.

Large bags and backpacks must be checked in.
To enter the Vatican Museums, shoulders and knees must be covered.
We are unfortunately unable to accomodate guests with wheelchairs.

Guests with a certified disability of over 75% are entitled to free entrance to the Vatican and do not require a ticket. For guests who are not self-sufficient, free entry is extended to a companion.

Cancellation Policy

Tour goes forward rain or shine! Your Vatican Tour may be cancelled for a full refund or may be switched to a different date/time as long as your request is received no later than 24 hours before your original departure time and date. Multiple changes are permitted. To request a cancellation or change of time/date, send an e-mail to info@ecoarttravel.com.

You can trust Viator tours

Fabio was an amazing tour guide with a wealth of information We could clearly hear the tour with easy to use equipment provided He made sure we were together and counted us frequently which was so very important in the crowded rooms He took such care to answer all our questions and provided so much more on the tour than what we observed other guides doing The ladies who gathered us up prior to the tour were also very good at making sure we understood what was going on Thank you so much for a great experience

The tour guide helped bring the experience to life being an uneducated heathen myself I did not understand the artistic and religious context behind a lot of sights The dude was pretty funny too Best experience we had in Rome

Great tour experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Laura She was very knowledgeable and able to convey many fascinating details about the architecture art work and historical significance of the Vatican She was able to provide a great summary of the Sistine Chapel in a way that really enhanced the experience I highly recommend Laura
