You will make your way to our meeting point where your ticket escort will be waiting to take you inside. You will enter using the fastest possible entrance. Get expert advice for how to make the most of your time inside the museums before setting off to explore on your own.

All Vatican tickets are timed entrance and specifically for the date you booked. Change of plans? You can request as many changes of date or time as you like or a full refund up to just 24 hours before your travel date. 

Please note that your EcoArt booking voucher is not valid for entry to the Vatican Museums! You must bring your voucher to the meeting point to enjoy your escorted Skip the Line entrance and receive your valid entrance ticket.

Come to our meeting point in front of Via Tunisi 4, on the steps located at the corner with Viale Vaticano, 15 minutes before your selected departure time. Check in with our team who will be there holding signs with a green “EcoArt” logo. Please note the meeting point is an outdoor location and not an office.

  • Guests must be able to climb and descend stairs on their own.
  • *THIS VOUCHER IS NOT A TICKET* You must redeem this voucher at the meeting time and location designed on this voucher, with one of our designed Ticket Coordinators.
  • Children aged 6 and under are entitled to free access to the Vatican Museums (with proof of age). Children aged 7-18 are entitled to a reduced entry fee (see tour and ticket pricing) and must provide proof of age. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Guests with a certified disability of over 75% are entitled to free entrance to the Vatican and do not require a ticket. For guests who are not self-sufficient, free entry is extended to a companion.
  • It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes.
  • Large bags and backpacks must be checked in.
  • To enter the Vatican Museums,shoulders and knees must be covered.
  • We are unfortunately unable to accomodate guests with wheelchairs.
  • Guests must be able to climb and descend stairs on their own.

Your Vatican Tickets may be cancelled for a full refund or may be switched to a different date/time as long as your request is received no later than 24 hours before your original departure time and date. Multiple changes are permitted. To request a cancellation or change of time/date, send an e-mail to info@ecoarttravel.com.

It was our first visit to Italy from USA. Also our first tour. We arrived 1 minute before the cut off. I was frantic we missed our tour time. Especially since there was a billion people there and I didn’t know where our meeting spot was. We were greeting immediately and took to our tour guide COZMO! He was sooooo nice and spoke great English. He got us in explained everything very well! I wish he could go with us everywhere. ????????????

Lovely

This was a really easy trip to take and the company that ran the tickets were really helpful. The visit was really nice, extremely busy but still a really nice day

Molto informativo

Siamo stati benissimo con questo tour. La guida (forse Krista?) Era eccezionale - aveva una passione e un amore per tutte le cose cattoliche che includevano una ricca comprensione e un profondo rispetto per tutto ciò che vedevamo in Vaticano, Cappella Sistina e strada. Basilica di Pietro. È stato incredibilmente informativo ed eccitante.

Servizio saltafila eccellente. La nostra guida Paolo ci ha accompagnati dentro, regalato una mappa e fornito ottimi consigli su come muoverci all'interno dei Musei. Consigliatissimo

Se non avessimo preso il Saltafila con Ecoart avremmo fatto circa tre ore di fila per entrare nei Musei. Il giorno prima l'agenzia ci ha inviato un'email per ricordarci il meeting point. I ragazzi sono stati molto cortesi e simpatici, fornendoci una mappa e consigli su come orientarci all'interno dei Musei. Ottimo servizio
