Our group had an incredible experience on the Skip the Line Vatican Museums Sistine Chapel Tour St Peters and a huge part of that was our guide Niccolò He was extremely knowledgeable engaging and clearly passionate about the history art and architecture of the Vatican His detailed explanations brought everything to life and kept our group interested from beginning to end Skipping the long lines was a major advantage and allowed us to make the most of our time exploring these incredible sites If youre looking for a wellorganized informative tour I highly recommend this experience Hopefully youll be lucky enough to have Niccolò as your guide he made the tour unforgettable

Plan on arriving to our meeting point at least 15 minutes in advance of your selected departure time. Meet our representative on the steps in front of Via Tunisi, 4. The steps are located at the corner with Via Sebastiano Veniero. Your Ticket Host will be holding a flag with the green EcoArt logo.

What to bring with you

Comfortable shoes are recommended.
Leave big backpacks at your hotel! Only small purses are permitted inside the Museums.
Something to cover your knees and shoulders.
Photos are permitted is almost all rooms of the Vatican Museums, except for the Sistine Chapel. No bulky or clearly professional photographic or video equipment (especially tripods or large videocameras, equipment backpacks) will be permitted inside the Museums.

Guests must be able to climb and descend stairs on their own.

Guests with a certified disability of over 75% are entitled to free entrance to the Vatican and do not require a ticket. For guests who are not self-sufficient, free entry is extended to a companion.

Your Vatican Tour may be cancelled for a full refund or may be switched to a different date/time as long as your request is received no later than 24 hours before your original departure time and date. Outstanding Tour

Our guide Catalina was outstanding she made the tour entertaining engaging Well worth the The only thing I would suggest would be to tell guests when they book that shoulders knees to be covered in Sistine Chapel I had to buy scarfs not the worst thing lol This your was definitely a highlight of your vacation in Rome

Great tour

Excellent tour by Giuseppe He gave so much history and explanation on the tour it was amazing There was so much to see it at the Vatican museums but it was nice that Giuseppe gave us the highlights He stopped at a couple of paintings and a display that other tour guides walked right past such as a Pablo Picasso and three Dalis He explained to us that guides tend to walk past them because everybodys more concerned about Raphael and Michelangelo yet in the Vatican museums you have works by famous artists such as Picasso and Dali which go unrecognized

Preparation is a Must

It has been very hot in Rome through the summer and into the fall It is important to know that as the Vatican is very crowded and stuffy We thought we were well prepared and had scheduled a cab ahead of time to get us to our Skip the Line tickets We discovered while in Rome that their reserved cabs require you be at a designated point the minute they are there or they will leave and charge you anyway So be careful with them if close to a taxi stand go early and catch the ride Skip the Line tickets are a must Even though the cab we finally got made us quite late forcing us to miss our tour group the co Pansy rep printed out our tickets took us through security bypassing lines and explained how to get through everything we should do I truly appreciated that The Vatican is amazing with the number of statues and busts almost u believable We decided we liked not being without tour group since we could roam where we wanted There are so many tour groups that the Vatican will always be packed The employees throughout the museums were so kind and wellmannered An experience to be sure
