Organized and knowledgeable

Our guide was knowledgeable the company professional and extremely organized Even with 20 people in the group we felt the guide was very personal with everyone answering questions and being sure we all were with her as it was very crowded

Just what I needed

Very well organized We loved the Museums although the place was packed The guide was very helpful and was able to keep the group at a nice pace through the whole 35 hours It is the second time I attempted to visit Museo Vaticano and it worked like magic due to the skip the line

4 days in Rome with fab gluten free options

Rome is a great city and so much to see and do and eat Easy to get around and good options for anyone who needs to eat a gluten free diet like me as I have Coeliac disease I booked a tour of the Colosseum and the Vatican and both were excellent so much information to absorb and process the time and scale of how these places were built and used Im glad I went in October it would be too hot for me earlier in the year it was 22 to 25 degrees daily and just nice for walking around the sights and stopping for a gelato or an AperolIm not a coffee drinker but managed to get hot tea in a lot of places Only bad bit was the terms for the Colosseum tour I got the full experience ticket as part of the tour One guide met us and took us through the Roman Forum and to meet the guide at the Colosseum the Colosseum guide told us we could head back to the forum and that our tickets lasted 48 hours I went for some lunch after the Colosseum tour and then went back to the forum and was refused entry at 2 of the entrances I argued that the ticket conditions were 2 days but was told that it was single entry which I complained about as I felt we were rushed through by the first guide it was about and hour and I thought I could return to absorb what Id been told and take a bit more time in the Forum and visit the Palatine hill the ticket person at the second gate did eventually take pity on me and let me in Very badly explained by tour guide and ticket sales clearly stating tickets are valid for 2 days but not mention of single entry Something to watch for Looking at the ticket info phot again I think the gate keepers assumed I had a 24 hour ticket which does say single entry only really badly dealt with I have given this feedback to the company I booked with This does not take anything from the guides and their understanding the tour was excellent I just felt I needed more time and as I had been told my ticket was valid I didnt expect there to be an issue

This tour worked seamlessly the meet point worked well and it was great value for money with the skip the line access into the Vatican museums and the Basilica as well as Fabio being an experienced knowledgable and amusing guide Dont hesitate to book it
