In groups of 20 people or less, our insider guides will lead you straight to the most important areas of the Vatican Museums. This classic itinerary of the must-see sights includes stops in the Pinecone Courtyard, the Belvedere Courtyard, Room of the Muses, the Round Room, the Candelabra Gallery, Gallery of the Tapestries and Gallery of the Maps.

This tour culminates inside the museums at the Sistine Chapel. Rules are rules, and your guide will be unable to speak while you are inside. However, your insider guide will prepare you for your visit to this word wonder beforehand.

My family went on a tour of the Colloseum Forum and Palatine Hill The highlight of the tour besides of course the Colloseum was our guide Sara S who was smart lively and really made the 3 hours of tour fun and engaging Highly recommend especially if Sara is your guide

Plan on arriving to our meeting point at least 15 minutes in advance of your selected departure time. Meet our representative on the steps in front of Via Tunisi, 4. The steps are located at the corner with Via Sebastiano Veniero. Your Ticket Host will be holding a flag with the green EcoArt logo.

What to bring with you

Comfortable shoes are recommended.
Leave big backpacks at your hotel! Only small purses are permitted inside the Museums.
Something to cover your knees and shoulders.
Photos are permitted is almost all rooms of the Vatican Museums, except for the Sistine Chapel. No bulky or clearly professional photographic or video equipment (especially tripods or large videocameras, equipment backpacks) will be permitted inside the Museums.

Guests must be able to climb and descend stairs on their own.

It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes.
Large bags and backpacks must be checked in.
To enter the Vatican Museums, shoulders and knees must be covered.
We are unfortunately unable to accomodate guests with wheelchairs.
Guests must be able to climb and descend stairs on their own.
Guests with a certified disability of over 75% are entitled to free entrance to the Vatican and do not require a ticket. For guests who are not self-sufficient, free entry is extended to a companion.

Cancellation Policy

Tour goes forward rain or shine! Your Vatican Tour may be cancelled for a full refund or may be switched to a different date/time as long as your request is received no later than 24 hours before your original departure time and date. Multiple changes are permitted. To request a cancellation or change of time/date, send an e-mail to info@ecoarttravel.com.

Learned interesting facts about Michelangelo I had never heard before For the price i would have liked a tour to do the basillica too

Most excellent Vatican Musuem Tour

EcoArt tour guides were excellent Not only did they reach out to us when we were late for the meet up point and sent someone to meet us when we arrived they were also very knowledgeable about the Vatican Musuems and the history behind the artwork I the our tour guide Assunta She made the tour very entertaining I would love to explore other parts of the musuem with her This was well worth my foot pain from the 3 hour walking tour Highly recommend this tour group It was a small group tooless than 20 people

Chiara is a truly talented tour guide

Chiara is a truly talented tour guide She is warm and friendly with an incredible ability to engage people Our tour group consisted of six people which was excellent We were among the first to enter the museums Although there was still a line to get into the museums it moved quickly and there was sufficient space to move around without crowds Chiara spoke to the group while we waited in line providing detailed information Her extensive knowledge was evident as she spoke expertly about artworks even without looking at them I didnt want the tour to end I wanted to explore the rest of Rome with Chiara If youre scrolling through tours please pick this one You wont regret your time with Chiara or the early morning
