In groups of 20 people or less, our insider guides will lead you straight to the most important areas of the Vatican Museums. This classic itinerary of the must-see sights includes stops in the Pinecone Courtyard, the Belvedere Courtyard, Room of the Muses, the Round Room, the Candelabra Gallery, Gallery of the Tapestries and Gallery of the Maps.

This tour culminates inside the museums at the Sistine Chapel. Rules are rules, and your guide will be unable to speak while you are inside. However, your insider guide will prepare you for your visit to this word wonder beforehand.

Plan on arriving to our meeting point at least 15 minutes in advance of your selected departure time. Meet our representative on the steps in front of Via Tunisi, 4. The steps are located at the corner with Via Sebastiano Veniero. Your Ticket Host will be holding a flag with the green EcoArt logo.

What to bring with you

Comfortable shoes are recommended.
Leave big backpacks at your hotel! Only small purses are permitted inside the Museums.
Something to cover your knees and shoulders.
Photos are permitted is almost all rooms of the Vatican Museums, except for the Sistine Chapel. No bulky or clearly professional photographic or video equipment (especially tripods or large videocameras, equipment backpacks) will be permitted inside the Museums.

Guests must be able to climb and descend stairs on their own.

It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes.
Large bags and backpacks must be checked in.
To enter the Vatican Museums, shoulders and knees must be covered.
We are unfortunately unable to accomodate guests with wheelchairs.
Guests must be able to climb and descend stairs on their own.
Guests with a certified disability of over 75% are entitled to free entrance to the Vatican and do not require a ticket. For guests who are not self-sufficient, free entry is extended to a companion.

Cancellation Policy

Tour goes forward rain or shine! Your Vatican Tour may be cancelled for a full refund or may be switched to a different date/time as long as your request is received no later than 24 hours before your original departure time and date. Multiple changes are permitted. To request a cancellation or change of time/date, send an e-mail to info@ecoarttravel.com.

Amazing tour

The guide was fantastic and the Vatican museums were stupendous The scale basilica is jaw dropping And to my surprise they let this devout atheist wander through their grift museum TLDR Did not burst into flames would visit again 1010

Sistine Chapel skip the line

Sistine Chapel with Alberto as the guide I was thinking of just getting regular tickets but chose skip the line with him thank goodness we did It was made so much simpler and informative We saw so many individuals struggling going the individual route and I am glad Alberto was there

Breathtaking Experience

We were blown away by the beauty of St Peters Basilica We were able to attend mass which was an awesome experience even though we are not Catholic The Vatican museums were very interesting with many ancient artifacts The Sistine Chapel was ornate and very beautiful The unbelievable artworks and sculptures were breathtaking Our guide Paulina was very knowledgeable and friendly We highly recommend this tour

Beautiful informative tour

This was a fantastic albeit long tour Our guide Priscilla was lovely and knowledgeable We had older teens with us who liked it but it was a little long even for them Priscilla took us to all the highlights and it was easy to hear her with the radioheadphone
