In groups of 20 people or less, our insider guides will lead you straight to the most important areas of the Vatican Museums. This classic itinerary of the must-see sights includes stops in the Pinecone Courtyard, the Belvedere Courtyard, Room of the Muses, the Round Room, the Candelabra Gallery, Gallery of the Tapestries and Gallery of the Maps.

This tour culminates inside the museums at the Sistine Chapel. Rules are rules, and your guide will be unable to speak while you are inside. However, your insider guide will prepare you for your visit to this word wonder beforehand.

Plan on arriving to our meeting point at least 15 minutes in advance of your selected departure time. Meet our representative on the steps in front of Via Tunisi, 4. The steps are located at the corner with Via Sebastiano Veniero. Your Ticket Host will be holding a flag with the green EcoArt logo.

What to bring with you

Comfortable shoes are recommended.
Leave big backpacks at your hotel! Only small purses are permitted inside the Museums.
Something to cover your knees and shoulders.
Photos are permitted is almost all rooms of the Vatican Museums, except for the Sistine Chapel. No bulky or clearly professional photographic or video equipment (especially tripods or large videocameras, equipment backpacks) will be permitted inside the Museums.

Guests must be able to climb and descend stairs on their own.

It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes.
Large bags and backpacks must be checked in.
To enter the Vatican Museums, shoulders and knees must be covered.
We are unfortunately unable to accomodate guests with wheelchairs.

Guests with a certified disability of over 75% are entitled to free entrance to the Vatican and do not require a ticket. For guests who are not self-sufficient, free entry is extended to a companion.

Cancellation Policy

Tour goes forward rain or shine! Your Vatican Tour may be cancelled for a full refund or may be switched to a different date/time as long as your request is received no later than 24 hours before your original departure time and date. Multiple changes are permitted. To request a cancellation or change of time/date, send an e-mail to info@ecoarttravel.com.

The meeting point Was incorrect the pin took me far away from where they actually met And they had left me so I ended up doing the tour by myself with the app which was very difficult So it was not a pleasant experience

Skip the Line not to be missed

Although there was a bit of a queu to get in the Skip the Line of this tour allowed us to enter the Vatican and St Peters much more quickly The artwork is amazing The Sistine Chapel is jaw dropping All this ancient artwork including pagan artwork is not to be missed Chiara was a great tour guide She knew so much history and a lot about the Vatican museum and its layout She was very respectful inside the Sistine Chapel which is supposed to be no talking and no picture taking I saw plenty of other tour guides talking to their groups and plenty of people taking pictures It wasnt enforced at all which was a great disappointment St Peters Basilica was beautiful although without a tour guide I didnt necessarily know what I was looking at The gift shops and restaurants in the area are way overpriced and the taxi drivers try to gouge you with their ridiculous fares Beware that part
