In groups of 20 people or less, our insider guides will lead you straight to the most important areas of the Vatican Museums. This classic itinerary of the must-see sights includes stops in the Pinecone Courtyard, the Belvedere Courtyard, Room of the Muses, the Round Room, the Candelabra Gallery, Gallery of the Tapestries and Gallery of the Maps.

This tour culminates inside the museums at the Sistine Chapel. Rules are rules, and your guide will be unable to speak while you are inside. However, your insider guide will prepare you for your visit to this word wonder beforehand.

Plan on arriving to our meeting point at least 15 minutes in advance of your selected departure time. Meet our representative on the steps in front of Via Tunisi, 4. The steps are located at the corner with Via Sebastiano Veniero. Your Ticket Host will be holding a flag with the green EcoArt logo.

What to bring with you

Comfortable shoes are recommended.
Leave big backpacks at your hotel! Only small purses are permitted inside the Museums.
Something to cover your knees and shoulders.
Photos are permitted is almost all rooms of the Vatican Museums, except for the Sistine Chapel. No bulky or clearly professional photographic or video equipment (especially tripods or large videocameras, equipment backpacks) will be permitted inside the Museums.

Guests must be able to climb and descend stairs on their own.

To enter the Vatican Museums, shoulders and knees must be covered.

Guests with a certified disability of over 75% are entitled to free entrance to the Vatican and do not require a ticket. For guests who are not self-sufficient, free entry is extended to a companion.

Cancellation Policy

Tour goes forward rain or shine! Your Vatican Tour may be cancelled for a full refund or may be switched to a different date/time as long as your request is received no later than 24 hours before your original departure time and date. Multiple changes are permitted. To request a cancellation or change of time/date, send an e-mail to info@ecoarttravel.com.

Hi Everyone If you are like me and scrolling and scrolling looking for the best Skip the Li e Vatican tour then just book this one You definitely will not be disappointed We had Monica as our tour guide and she was superb She had a wealth of knowledge a professional tour guide My only disappointment was that the tour was only 3 hours we had to fly through some parts I could take a week and still would not have enough time I was blown away by the whole place and Monicas history knowledge really enhanced our trip I would highly recommend the tour and its worth every penny of it

Martina the tour guide was a true highlight

Wow Martina from EcoArt was amazing She was knowledgeable funny engaging and the best part of the tour Paying for a guide is the smart thing to do here Yes you can get free tickets but you will wait in a very long line The tour itself was spectacular So much to see and Martina pointed out so many things and brought a lot of context Highly recommended
