800 am tour with Elana

Many many marble steps to the Sistine Chapel but go for it The 800 am tour is not too crowded and our guide Elana was awesome She told us what to expect each part of the tour pointed out bathrooms on the tour She was always easy to find because she gave clear concise instructions Her knowledge of the Vatican areas university level I highly recommend her tour Elana from Milan

Plan on arriving to our meeting point at least 15 minutes in advance of your selected departure time. Meet our representative on the steps in front of Via Tunisi, 4. The steps are located at the corner with Via Sebastiano Veniero. Your Ticket Host will be holding a flag with the green EcoArt logo.

Vatican Museums 

Itineraries vary from day to day and at the discretion of your guide who will adapt your route.

This itinerary covers the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, including but not limited to: Pinecone Courtyard, Belvedere Courtyard, Room of the Muses, the Round Room, Greek Cross Room, Candelabra Gallery, Gallery of the Tapestries, Gallery of the Maps and the Raphael Rooms.



Additional information
  • Comfortable shoes are recommended.
  • Leave big backpacks at your hotel! Only small purses are permitted inside the Museums.
  • Something to cover your knees and shoulders.
  • Photos are allowed in almost all rooms of the Vatican Museums, except for the Sistine Chapel. Please note that bulky or clearly professional photographic or video equipment, such as tripods, large video equipments, and equipment backpacks, will not be permitted inside the Museums.


Daily except Sunday

  • We are unfortunately unable to accomodate guests with wheelchairs.
  • Guests must be able to climb and descend stairs on their own.
  • *THIS VOUCHER IS NOT A TICKET* You must redeem this voucher at the meeting time and location designed on this voucher, with one of our designed Ticket Coordinators.
  • It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes.
  • Large bags and backpacks must be checked in.
  • To enter the Vatican Museums, shoulders and knees must be covered.
  • We are unfortunately unable to accomodate guests with wheelchairs.
  • Guests must be able to climb and descend stairs on their own.
  • Guests with a certified disability of over 75% are entitled to free entrance to the Vatican and do not require a ticket. For guests who are not self-sufficient, free entry is extended to a companion.

Tour goes forward rain or shine! Your Vatican Tour may be cancelled for a full refund or may be switched to a different date/time as long as your request is received no later than 24 hours before your original departure time and date. Multiple changes are permitted. To request a cancellation or change of time/date, send an e-mail to info@ecoarttravel.com.

Vatican visit

Giulia was our guide and she was awesome She gave us a history lesson details about the entrance and every room in the buildings we visited and events that happened Giulia was very knowledgeable and came prepared with pictures and maps She made sure the group stayed together Thank you Giulia The only downsize of these visits is the immense number of people that are inside and sometimes it is hard to actually stop and take a closer look of a painting map or tapestry and take a picture

The Vatican with EcoArt

The Vatican tour is a must The history reach and sheer wealth of the Church is on display Its really busy but be were in a small group which was great for questions feedback etc Our guide Adriano displayed amazing knowledge of the Vatican and went above and beyond to help the group Highly recommended

Monica was a fabulous

Monica was a fabulous tour guide She worked her magic navigating us through the crowds I was sorry that the Basilica was closed that morning but the Pope is King Monicas knowledge of the history was outstanding Grazie Best to do this tour in off season
