Servizio salta-fila eccellente. Paolo, il responsabile, il giorno prima ha inviato una e-mail per ricordarci il luogo esatto del meeting point. E' stato molto professionale e simpatico. Tutto organizzato benissimo. Vivamente consigliato!

Excellent Vatican experience - Best Skip-The-Line I've used

I've used the alleged Skip-the-Line tours in other cities and found them to be overrated - usually, its a "skip-the-longer-line" but you still end up lining up for hours. Paolo changed all that with this tour. He was punctual and efficient - he was personable and got us to the front of the line, as promised. He was considerate as we had my elderly mother with us, with mobility issues and Paolo was patient and kind. Would definitely recommend EcoArt tours and would try them again in other cities now that I've used this one.

Quick, easy and painless way to skip the line at the Vatican

Could have not been smoother or easier. well worth the purchase. We just walked right up to our "guide" and he took us into the security check area gave us our tickets and then showed us where to enter the correct stairwell etc.

Vatican Museum Visit

We arrived late to quite understandably find that the group we should have been in had left without us. Because of this, and as clearly explained in their terms and conditions about "not being able to accommodate late arrivals" we'd effectively lost our opportunity to enter the museum as well as our money. Within 5 minutes of contacting the company by web chat however Paolo appeared on his scooter and subsequently went out of his way to persuade the powers that be to allow us to enter at no extra cost as well jump the queue - for which it was obvious there was no guaranteed of success. Nevertheless his efforts did pay off and we went on to have a great time - so thank you Paolo your efforts went far beyond what we deserved.

Il servizio fornito è stato veramente eccellente, personale veramente cortese e affidabile e molto esperto, peccato non aver scelto la visita guidata a questo punto. Purtroppo come sempre i musei vaticani si dimostrano purtroppo non all'altezza per l'accoglienza di un numero così elevato di persone e c'è troppo caos specialmente per poter passare con il passeggino.
