All Vatican tickets are timed entrance and specifically for the date you booked. Change of plans? You can request as many changes of date or time as you like or a full refund up to just 24 hours before your travel date.

Overall good experience

The hostes tour was super! The ladies who hosted us were very nice, showed us the entrance and gave us good tips for the tour. Would recommend! It is normal that in the top visited places to be long cues and a lot of people. It takes time and patience but tottally worth the money and the visit!

Come to our meeting point in front of Via Tunisi 4, on the steps located at the corner with Viale Vaticano, 15 minutes before your selected departure time. Check in with our team who will be there holding signs with a green “EcoArt” logo. Please note the meeting point is an outdoor location and not an office.

*THIS VOUCHER IS NOT A TICKET* You must redeem this voucher at the meeting time and location designed on this voucher, with one of our designed Ticket Coordinators.
Children aged 6 and under are entitled to free access to the Vatican Museums (with proof of age). Children aged 7-18 are entitled to a reduced entry fee (see tour and ticket pricing) and must provide proof of age. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Guests with a certified disability of over 75% are entitled to free entrance to the Vatican and do not require a ticket. For guests who are not self-sufficient, free entry is extended to a companion.
It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes.
Large bags and backpacks must be checked in.
To enter the Vatican Museums,shoulders and knees must be covered.
We are unfortunately unable to accomodate guests with wheelchairs.
Guests must be able to climb and descend stairs on their own.

Cancellation Policy

Your Vatican Tickets may be cancelled for a full refund or may be switched to a different date/time as long as your request is received no later than 24 hours before your original departure time and date. Multiple changes are permitted. To request a cancellation or change of time/date, send an e-mail to info@ecoarttravel.com.

Paolo and Ecoart!

We met Paolo at a meeting point specified in an email a few days prior to our trip to the Vatican which was really easy to find. Upon arrival he was friendly and welcoming as well as knowledgable about the Vatican. He escorted us into the building quickly and got us our tickets, and assisted us with any questions we had, as well as also giving us some great tips for once we were inside! Would definitely recommend this company. We had a great day!

We booked the Vatican Skip the Line tickets before going to Rome and it was brilliant. We met the guide from EcoArt in the designated area very easily and it was a joy not to queue in the hot weather. Would recommend to anyone to do this before you go ...well worth it.

We booked the tickets online which was very easy to do. When we arrived, we were early but the guide explained that we could get our tickets and head straight into the Vatican museums. He gave us very clear information as to how to skip the line and where the bathrooms were once we entered. The other guide took us up to the entrance and explained how to get into St Peter's from the Sistine Chapel. Worth the money!

Skip the line Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel

Paulo was a great guide, he met us on time and exactly where we were told he would be. We had an email a few days before to introduce himself and tell us where to go and to look out for the green Ecoart sign etc. He spoke excellent English and gave us alot of background information about the Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel, what to expect when we go in there and a few hints and tips and he got us our tickets really quickly. I'd definitely use them again. Thank you!

Paolo Ardia was wonderful!

It was great to get into the Vatican Museum easily, and well worth the money. Be advised - we must have been a very few minutes late, and the group had already left. I panicked, but called Paolo, as we had his cell number from an email he had sent us confirming the reservation. He came back outside and met us, and guided us in. He was really wonderful!
