Highly recommend this tour We did the early tour at 8am before the lines were long and it got too crowded Martina was a very informative and friendly guide

Plan on arriving to our meeting point at least 15 minutes in advance of your selected departure time. Meet our representative on the steps in front of Via Tunisi, 4. The steps are located at the corner with Via Sebastiano Veniero. Your Ticket Host will be holding a flag with the green EcoArt logo.

What to bring with you

Comfortable shoes are recommended.
Leave big backpacks at your hotel! Only small purses are permitted inside the Museums.
Something to cover your knees and shoulders.
Photos are allowed in almost all rooms of the Vatican Museums, except for the Sistine Chapel. Please note that bulky or clearly professional photographic or video equipment, such as tripods, large video equipments, and equipment backpacks, will not be permitted inside the Museums.

Guests with a certified disability of over 75% are entitled to free entrance to the Vatican and do not require a ticket. For guests who are not self-sufficient, free entry is extended to a companion.

Cancellation Policy

Tour goes forward rain or shine! Your Vatican Tour may be cancelled for a full refund or may be switched to a different date/time as long as your request is received no later than 24 hours before your original departure time and date. Multiple changes are permitted. To request a cancellation or change of time/date, send an e-mail to info@ecoarttravel.com.

Unbelievable experience

Riccardo has been a unique guide for us with deep knowledge of history and with the ability of making meaningful connections between Greek and Roman history As Greeks we enjoy it a lot

Good but tiring no breaks

Giuseppe the guide was fantastically knowledgeable and easy to understand Tour was brilliant The only issue was no breaks in a two and a half hour tour which was too much especially with kids Could easily have built in a few five minute pauses But overall was well worth it Other issue was our tour was titled to include St Peters Basilica but we then got word it would not I realise this was because of the Jubilee but it was not clearly communicated

Informative Tour of the Vatican

We enjoyed our tour of the Vatican with Mariapaola Before the tour we were given instructions on where to meet our tour guide and they were very precise we had no issues finding our tour guide at the designated meeting spot She was very informative and provided a lot of details on the history of the Vatican as well as the paintings that we did not know before We were provided individual earphone sets so we can hear our tour guide clearly even through the large crowds and background noise The tour moved along at just the right pace so my 75 year old Mother in Law could keep up without any issues We elected the small group tour 10 people We would highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to learn more about the Vatican
