You will make your way to our meeting point where your ticket escort will be waiting to take you inside. You will enter using the fastest possible entrance. Get expert advice for how to make the most of your time inside the museums before setting off to explore on your own.

All Vatican tickets are timed entrance and specifically for the date you booked. Change of plans? You can request as many changes of date or time as you like or a full refund up to just 24 hours before your travel date. 

Please note that your EcoArt booking voucher is not valid for entry to the Vatican Museums! You must bring your voucher to the meeting point to enjoy your escorted Skip the Line entrance and receive your valid entrance ticket.

Overall good experience

The hostes tour was super! The ladies who hosted us were very nice, showed us the entrance and gave us good tips for the tour. Would recommend! It is normal that in the top visited places to be long cues and a lot of people. It takes time and patience but tottally worth the money and the visit!

Come to our meeting point in front of Via Tunisi 4, on the steps located at the corner with Viale Vaticano, 15 minutes before your selected departure time. Check in with our team who will be there holding signs with a green “EcoArt” logo. Please note the meeting point is an outdoor location and not an office.

  • Children aged 6 and under are entitled to free access to the Vatican Museums (with proof of age). Children aged 7-18 are entitled to a reduced entry fee (see tour and ticket pricing) and must provide proof of age. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Guests with a certified disability of over 75% are entitled to free entrance to the Vatican and do not require a ticket. For guests who are not self-sufficient, free entry is extended to a companion.
  • It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes.
  • Large bags and backpacks must be checked in.
  • To enter the Vatican Museums,shoulders and knees must be covered.
  • We are unfortunately unable to accomodate guests with wheelchairs.
  • Guests must be able to climb and descend stairs on their own.

Your Vatican Tickets may be cancelled for a full refund or may be switched to a different date/time as long as your request is received no later than 24 hours before your original departure time and date. Multiple changes are permitted. To request a cancellation or change of time/date, send an e-mail to info@ecoarttravel.com.

Skip the Line Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel

Highly recommend skipping the line. The museum is amazing but overwhelming. It may be worth having a guide because it is so hard to see everything and the guides show the highlights. We bought books to explain what we had seen.

skipped the line and saw the vatican

Arrived early to make sure we didn’t miss our slot. Found the meeting place fine. People were easy to spot. Swapped our tickets and skipped the queue. What more do you need

THIS IS A MUST SEE IF YOU DO NOTHING ELSE WHILE IN ROME

We booked this tour through tripadvisor and were not disappointed. The tour guide met us and got us in the Vatican, gave us a detailed briefing and then set us on our own self-guide tour, pointing out specific areas she recommended we visit. In short, it was all well worth it and I actually would visit Rome just to do the Vatican City tour if nothing else was done! The facility is ADA friendly for those with limited mobility. Also, we enjoyed eating in the restaurant on-site. Then, we were able to visit the Sistine Chapel. Photos are not allowed in it but the art work and painting in the Sistine Chapel will take your breath away as you stare in aw amazement. Will definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Rome if you have at least a couple of hours to spare, although to enjoy the full beauty of this place, it would take you at least a full day at a minimum just to appreciate what it has to offer.

SKIP THE LINE ; VATICAN MUSEUMS AND SISTINE CHAPEL

Very easy and great way to see the museums and chapel on your own. Everything went smooth and as stated in the emails we received. Was easy to find tour operator who then walked us in to get our tickets and also gave some helpful advice! I would not have wanted to wait in those long lines!
