Incredibly interesting and grand

The Vatican museums are massive and so full of art and history it is astounding we spent about 4 hours here and could have easily done more There is so much to take in from the architecture the decor and the artifacts not to mention the basilica we did this a separate day to give ourselves more time as it is free entry I have never seen anything so grand in all my life My only criticisms are that the security are quite rude and obnoxious we were in some of the museums later on in the afternoon and all you can hear is them on the phone watching videos and talking so loud it was like shouting a lot of the rooms are echoey too I do not expect at all that they sit in silence and do nothing but there was no respect for where they were or tourists in there just tainted the experience This one not so much the Vaticans fault not sure what could be done about this really so I guess just be aware that like with a lot of attractions in Rome there are crowds as far as the eye can see Which wouldnt be so bad if people could put down there phones for a second and be spatially aware rather than just recording anything and everything and getting in each others way

Worth every penny

I went straight from the airport through Termini to the meeting point It was easy to find and the tour guides were friendly and organized I appreciated the overview of the process we got at the meeting point when to show the ticket when the restroom would be available and how we would stick together Loreley was an excellent guide I was amazed at the Vatican Museums and the extensive sculptures tapestries paintings and mosaics I did not have any background in Italian history and I appreciated Loreleys educational talk There was time for photos I really enjoyed my visit I would do it again Thank you

Awesome tour

It was definitely worth it especially skipping the long line and having someone explain the art history in the Vatican museum Love our guide Janet even though she just recovering from her surgery she tried her best to guide us
